We have below the healthy and delicious recipes that we taught at the Good Kitchen Stage.

Sprouted Buckwheat, Chia & Tropical Fruit Pudding 

Ingredients:
 3 cup coconut milk/almond milk (Coco quench works well)
 1 cup buckwheat groats
 1/3 cup chia seeds
 ½ tsp vanilla extract
 ½ cup organic mixed berries or any tropical fruit you like
 1 Tbs shredded coconut toasted.

 Method:
1    . Place the buckwheat and the chia seeds in a jar. Add the milk and gently whisk to avoid the chia seeds settling and clumping to the bottom, occasionally for the first 5 minutes.
2    . Once the seeds have expanded and are separate, place the lid on the jar and put in the fridge over night.
3    . In the morning, layer the sprouted buckwheat and chia pudding with , coconut yoghurt and fruit in a glass or bowl and repeat, finishing of with some shredded coconut.


Pina colada green smoothie

Ingredients:
4 kale leaves (stalks removed)
Handful spinach
1 cup fresh pineapple
1 small pear
Water from 1 young coconut
Meat from 1 young coconut
8 ice cubes
 
Method:
1. Place all ingredients into a blender, adding the ice cubes last.
2. Blend on high speed until smooth.


Green Sorbet

Ingredients:
1 packet spinach
2 limes – peeled
¼ lemon peeled
½ pear
½ cup coconut sugar
Fresh ginger – to taste
2 trays of ice cubes
Dash of chlorophyll

Method:
1)    Place all ingredients except ice cubes into blender and add a teaspoon of water for mixing purposes.
2)    Add ice cubes and mix while blending until you reach a slushie like consistency.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
Variations: lychee, mint
